Grok: Getting Started with Online Challenges and Competitions

Are you new to the Grok platform, wanting to update your skills or explore the newest features?

Grok Learning, the Australian Computing Academy and Grok Academy invite you to a webinar to familiarise yourself with the Grok platform.

In the first 30 minutes, the team will introduce you to:

• creating your teacher account
• becoming a verified teacher
• student accounts: how to create them, and how to assign students to an activity
• choosing the right activity for your students
• monitoring progress: the teacher dashboard and live view
• answering student questions and making use of teacher notes
• exploring other available resources (including unplugged activities).

This will be followed by a 15 minute Q&A session.

What do I need to attend

• computer with internet connection, microphone and sound
• web browser to access Zoom - we will send you the Zoom ID and password closer to the workshop
