Please note, you must receive a confirmation e-mail before attending a GPN workshop. We need to know how many students will attend to ensure we have enough room in our labs! We will send you confirmation via email to say that you have been accepted into the program and that we're expecting you.

Also, we always have a long waiting list for GPN, so if you have registered but are no longer able to attend please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to another student.

GPN is held in the School of Computer Science building (formerly the School of IT), on the Darlington Campus of the University of Sydney. It is the large glass building on the corner of City Road and Cleveland Street. If using GPS, the best point of reference is the Shepherd Street Carpark or the Seymour Centre.

We will have tutors ready to meet students at Redfern station at 9:45am to escort them from the station to the university. It is important that you tell us how you will be travelling to GPN and your contact details (and your parents) so we know where to expect you, and how to get in touch with you should something go wrong.

Lunch will be provided, together with healthy snacks, plus some chocolate and lollies! Please let us know any special dietary restrictions so we order enough vegetarian / cheese free / gluten free / etc.

Please note, we will try to cater for all dietary restrictions, but in some cases this might not be possible.

Please contact us if you have any questions.

We like to put a few pictures from workshop up on our website. To do this, we need your parents to sign a media consent form. It's fine if you don't want pictures taken, just let us know! The form is available from our website.

You do not need to bring a printed ticket on the day, just bring yourself!
